As you probably know already, I’m a huge fan of organic foods and clean eating. And the brand that is most frequently on my grocery list is Organic Valley. I genuinely love the taste and quality of their products and the values for which this responsible co-op stands.
Recently, I started purchasing Organic Valley’s large tub of Grassmilk Yogurt, in Plain and Vanilla. I love the delightful cream on top and the pure, creamy texture of this delicious yogurt. And its natural taste is so refreshing compared to the artificial-tasting flavors of so many yogurts on the market. It is the perfect choice for my 22 month old son, since it is made from whole milk which comes from grassfed cows. That means the cows that produce this milk are never fed grains… they graze on lush pastures which give them naturally-occurring DHA that contain healthy Omega-3s and CLA. So when these cows eat healthy, we eat healthy too!
I didn’t think these grassmilk yogurts could be any better, but Organic Valley just released an expanded line of flavors and packaged them in handy 6oz size cups! There’s still the delicious Plain and Vanilla, and now there’s Strawberry and Blueberry too (made with organic fruit, of course.) My son is already a huge fan of the Strawberry and I’m a fan of the convenient new packable size. These little gems came out just in time for school lunchboxes, and they’re perfect for work lunches too!
